  • The Origin of "Puella Docta"

    Happy February, everyone! (A bit belated, but still!) Thought I’d start the month off with an informative entry! So, this journal’s url is “puelladocta.blogspot.” Right, that’s pretty obvious. Even my twitter is “puelladocta.” Yet, I’m sure a few of you out there are wondering. “Why, Christina?” you may ask. “Why, oh, why, oh, why ‘puelladocta’ [...]

    HI GUYS!!! Happy New Year!!! Whew, that was a WONderful break! Christina A. Nelson

Book lover!

Christina A. Nelson is a writer hoping to get her first novel published sometime soon. She’s been thinking up stories since before she was too young to write, and ever since she learned to type, she was an unstoppable storytelling force.

~~~
I write to live and live to write, and if I had my way, I’d do it for a living! I earn my bread with graphic design, and make my living in a rented room with a pet laptop. My imagination is my roommate, and it never cleans up after itself, but it gives me copious creative ideas, so things even out.
I write primarily fantasy, but I’m hoping to write many stories in different genres over my lifetime. But whatever I write, I try to heavily ground it in my love for anthropology, history and the human psyche.
I’m a web nerd too, which is why I’m building my own website, along with the help of some friends ^_^
My coding man is my wonderful husband Wervyn, and my main consultant on WordPress is Todd-A.
